  REQUIREMENTS AND PAYMENT:
Silveridge is an Active Senior's Community (age 55+). Guests must meet this requirement. Payment for the entire rental amount of your reservation will be due and payable to confirm. Payment by Credit Card must be made within 24 hours of request - please call. 		  EARLY OR LATE ARRIVALS:
Must be reported to the Business Office in advance, refunds are not issued for early departures. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 bookkeeping fee.
